Carola is a happy, playful 9-month-old small breed mix(we aren't exactly sure what her breed is) who was rescued from a home where economic hardship resulted in unexpected litters of puppies. The owner did her best but finally reached out when she realized she was in over her head. Carola has a happy, playful spirit even with a more difficult beginning!<br/><br/>She is about 14 pounds and we don't expect her to get much bigger than about 20-25 pounds as an adult.<br/><br/>Carola is wonderfully social and friendly with cats, dogs, kids, and adults, making her an easy fit for many kinds of families. Curious and fun-loving, she has that classic puppy charm — always ready to explore, play, and soak up affection from her favorite people.<br/><br/>Carola loves companionship and thrives when she feels included in the family. Whether she’s playing with furry friends, enjoying attention from kids, or relaxing nearby, she simply wants to be part of a caring home where she belongs.<br/><br/>She would do beautifully with a family ready to give her love, patience, and guidance as she continues growing into a confident, happy adult dog. In return, she’ll bring joy, laughter, and a whole lot of tail wags to your everyday life.<br/><br/>Carola will arrive in Albion, NY in mid March and we would love to have a family waiting for her!<br/><br/>* Please note: All dogs are rescues so we often do not know the actual breeds but use an educated guess to tell you what they most look like.<br/><br/>Our adoption fee is $400 and unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX tested(if age appropriate), Put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico.
