They’ve kept these puppies safe and fed—but with 16 puppies on the ground, they’ve become overwhelmed and reached out for help. Of course, we said yes!<br/><br/>Carmine is a handsome chocolate-colored boy who got his looks from Dad! With a heart full of love and a personality that shines, he has charmed everyone he's met. Whether he’s playing, exploring, or just soaking up attention, Carmine approaches life with a happy attitude.
