Carmen ( and bonded "sister" Chloe) <br/>She is a bit shy at first, but warms up if allowed to at her pace. Her previous owner went into hospice care at the time of surrender. She is spayed and approx 12 lbs.<br/>Knows to go to the bathroom outside but will need training- owner was ill -so if given enough outdoor time she will succeed.
