She recently arrived at Foster Pet Outreach and is settling into foster care while being evaluated for some skin concerns. With a little time and care, we're hopeful she'll be feeling her best and ready to be available for adoption soon. Carlotta is wonderfully low-key and laid-back. She's not in a hurry to go anywhere and prefers slow mornings, long naps, and cozy spots where she can keep an eye on her people without expending too much effort. Her idea of exercise is a short stroll followed by a well-earned rest, and she's happiest when she can simply relax nearby and soak up affection.
