A kind security guard noticed him and reached out for help, and one of our rescuers stepped in.<br/><br/>With proper medical care and lots of love, Carlitos has made a full recovery and is now healthy, happy, and ready for his next chapter.<br/><br/>Looking For:<br/>Carlitos is currently waiting in Mexico for a family to commit to a 10-day trial so he can make the trip north. His adoption fee is $600. He's looking for a loving home that will give him the stability and care he's always deserved—and in return, he'll bring loyalty, personality, and plenty of cuddles.
