Carl is a 12 year old jack russell mix. He's incredibly friendly. He has recently had cataract surgery to repair his vision, and is currently a bit overwhelmed. He has apparantly been blind for quite some time. With time and patience, he will become less timid and more confident with his surroundings. He's not a barker at all, so would be perfect for apartment living. He's gets along great with other dogs. He has no known health issues and not on any medications other than senior supplements. He is neutered and up to date on all vaccines.
