Carl is a handsome 3-5 year old Rottweiler with the heart of a true gentle giant. He came to the sanctuary after one of our previous adopters spotted him wandering the busy streets near the sanctuary. Watching this big, kind soul roam such a dangerous area, we knew we had to step in before he was hurt.<br/><br/>Once in our care, Carl quickly showed us exactly who he is, calm, sweet, and incredibly gentle. We made every effort to locate his family, but sadly no one came forward. Since then, Carl has been enrolled in training to learn basic obedience, and he is absolutely excelling.
