We know they were purposely left there due to the presence of human foot prints, not paw prints, that were found in the mud around the nearly 3 week old puppies. Two of the pups were already deceased by the time they were found and a third pup passed away while en route to SoCo. The remaining eight pups, all severely dehydrated and covered in mud, were clinging to life with every bit of hope they had.<br/><br/>Carin is the largest of this litter and has a big personality. She's full of energy, very playful and happy to share her love with anyone willing to accept it.<br/><br/>As of August 6th, Carin has received 2/3 of her first year "puppy" vaccines and will be due her third vaccination on August. 27th. She's also been de-wormed on multiple occasions and even started on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. She will require all of her basic training and her adopter must agree to having her spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue.
