$150 Adoption fee! Why so low? Yakima County is spilling over with stray and dumped dogs. Our goal is to get dogs into the right homes ASAP so we can help other dogs in need. It's not about the money, it's about finding the right home for these pups! Capn Lulu was found in the streets of Yakima and brought into the Humane Society by animal control. Her right eye was bulging causing extreme pain. We took her out of the humane society so she could recover from her surgery at home with us. Lulu has bounced back and is one very happy girl! She is so much fun to foster. Even though she is mostly blind in her left eye, she has an amazing sense of smell and her hearing is spot on! We have a large property and she had no issues tracking me! Lulu is quiet and cuddly, such a happy girl! This dog is located in Selah, WA. PetFinder allows multiple postings of the same animal as long as the postings are 100 miles apart from each other. This way we can reach far and wide to find the perfect home for this dog. We can hold a dog up to 5 days while transportation is arranged, then each additional day will be a $20 boarding fee.
