The shelter was out of room and Captain was one who was out of time- we knew if we didn't take him right away he could be put down at any time. <br /></strong></span></p><br/><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Temperament- Captain is super sweet and cute!! He is a happy little boy, however he may have just recently lost his eye on that side as he still flinches a lot and whines if we touch him on that side.. He is such a worried boy-- but overall he likes a calm environment with someone who he can just cuddle with..&nbsp; <br /></strong></span></p><br/><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Energy Level- Lower Medium level -- I really think after a short period of adjustment in a calm environment he will really blossom and show his true colors..</strong></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><br /></strong></span></p><br/><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Dogs/Cats- He is in with a pack of other dogs and is OK with it.. However he still gets very nervous when they come up on his blind side and will yelp as though they hurt him.. I believe it is a fear response though from being startled.&nbsp; I think he would do best with just another calm female dog.. He doesn't fight he just doesn't care for a lot of ruckus.. He is good with the cats and just stays away from them..</strong></span></p><br/><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Housetrained- Captain may have been an outdoor only dog.. However he is learning to go outside and is also learning to be in a crate when I can't watch him..&nbsp; We are in the process of house training and he seems to be doing pretty good... <br /></strong></span></p><br/><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Captain is a cute little guy who anyone would be lucky to have.. He is loving, quiet and just super sweet.. He would be great for a calmer household..&nbsp; He would love to have his own person to spend time with -- going for walks and just enjoying life..&nbsp; He is just too cute and sweet and really deserves a nice quiet life.. <br /></strong></span></p><br/><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><strong>Adoption fee $200 </strong>i</strong><strong>ncludes neuter, rabies vaccine, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, </strong></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>collar and tags,</strong></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong> training information, and all the support you need.</strong></span></p><br/><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><strong>Send us an e-mail to adopt@q.com requesting an application to adopt this sweetie!!
