If you're looking for the smartest and sweetest dog alive, you have met your girl! This dog was thrown from a moving vehicle a year ago and had no place to go. One of our local Southern ARNE fosters was able to retrieve the dog on the road, get her to safety, and take her to her home to foster her for the last year. She was heartworm positive and very starved and skinny.
