Cameron's Story
Located in Baltimore County, MD

Meet Cameron!
Cameron is a 4-year-old, medium-energy pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s been in foster care for 4 months and is ready to find a family of her very own!

Smart? You bet!
Cameron knows tons of commands – sit, down, heel, stay, wait, eat, no, tub (yes, she knows it’s bath time!) and even “pen” for crate time. She’s crate trained, house trained, and even walks like a champ — until she sees a dog, then it’s “full speed ahead”!

Exercise Queen
Cameron goes for at least 5 walks a day and even enjoys weekly trail adventures. She would LOVE a fenced-in yard to run her heart out, but she’s currently being leashed due to some boundary-hopping potential and curiosity about livestock.

Dog Social Skills: A Work in Progress
While she lives near other dogs, she’s kept separate by gates. Her typical greeting? Let’s just say… she’s enthusiastic. She’s working on learning boundaries and would do best as an only dog for now.

Home Life Highlights:
•Sleeps peacefully in her crate at night
•Stays home alone for 7–9 hours like a champ

•Loves chewing benebones, plushies, frozen kongs, and squeaky toys
•Enjoys fetch, TV time, and being near her people

Counter-surfs on occasion but responds well to “no” and now seeks out her toy box instead

People Lover!
Cameron is goofy, happy, and just wants to please and be part of the action. She gets excited when meeting new people (we’re working on greetings!) but is improving with training and leash management.

•Baths? Yes.
•Car rides? Loves them – safely buckled, of course!

Cameron is a joyful work-in-progress looking for someone with patience, structure, and lots of love to give.

If you're experienced, dog-savvy, or just ready for an incredible adventure with an incredible dog — Cameron is your girl.

Interested in fostering or adopting?
