Meet Calvin Kind! <br/><br/>ck is mighty kind and he is ready to become your mate, pal, best friend, compadre, amigo. Calvin is built for adventure and fun. His personality is a Happy boy eager to bring you his energetic smile. Happy is a wonderful way to describe this young man.<br/>While what you now see in Calvin today a happy well mannered and joyful boy of 4 years, his life didn't start off so joy filled. Calvin was born and ended up with his guardian who did not give this handsome boy the the trust, dignity and respect that creates security and definitely was not shown love being chained to a tree as a puppy throughout his first year of life and thankfully was confiscated by animal control for cruelty charges. He spent time at the county facility and was adopted only to find himself back a year later, and again was adopted after a stint in foster care where he blossomed and and was able to feel what every dog lives to feel -safe and comfortable because he had great leadership and consistency in his life. Unfortunately after 3 times adopted and repeatedly failed, this boy's insecurities and no training on how to be a dog were showing. <br/><br/>Thankfully he was fostered for a time with a rescue who took him under their wing and he gained needed support to address some reactivity. Yet Calvin was still just missing something. Structure & training. Nancy Lewis from Telo’s Shepherds gave him an amazing foundation, and then he graduated to his next training program!<br/>Enter Disciple Dogs run by Breezy<br/>Roach whose Motto is Balanced<br/>Training=Balanced Dog. within a few days with Breezy those insecurities melted away and what Breezy created and showedCalvin was how to be a dog. So after 12 weeks, he is shining and showing all around him what a Mighty Kind Dog he is.<br/><br/>Calvin is a beautiful dog and has become quite the social butterfly and a bit of a shopaholic and enjoying his adventures at Lowe's. This boy is filled with goodness and has the cutest wink. (we are unsure 100% but most likely Cal was born with his eye missing) and he has a knack for smiling, which will make your mood immediately change for the better. If you are looking for a trusty partner in life or a friend to go on adventures with then this boy will be your by your side every step of the way, because nothing will come between you and your Calvin!
