Callie 's Story
Callie is a four and a half year old (dob 7/2021) husky mix. Her Mom was a purebred and Dad was a husky/shepherd mix. Callie is being fostered in a house with other adult huskies, cats and a young child. She is doing great with all of them!

Callie's backstory is a little murky. She was taken in by a good Samaritan who became aware of her situation and has been in an unknown number of different homes in her life. We are so glad that her caretakers reached out to us for help. Since she has been with them, she has decompressed and blossomed in to a wonderful dog. Callie is house and crate trained and knows her basic manners. She sleeps in her crate at night. She is playful and enjoys running around in a fenced yard and then napping while her foster mom works. Callie does pull on leash but that is being worked on.

Callie will be available for adoption after she is spayed and brought up to date on all vetting and vaccinations.

YOUR ADOPTION FEE COVERS: Transport to Maine, age specific vaccinations, Health certificate, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm/lyme/ehrlichia test, worming & martingale collar.

Adoption fees:
Through 6 months of age $450;
7 months to through 5 years $400;
6 years and under 9 years $325: bonded pairs are $500;
9 years and older $250: bonded pairs are $300

This dog is available unless it is marked as Pending, meaning Pending Adoption.
