Hi, I'm Cali! I'm just a ray of sunshine in a dog's body! I love everyone and am a happy, happy, happy girl. I am about 4 years old and weighs 56lbs. I've lived with other dogs before, and have gotten along well with new dogs here at the shelter, too! I'm very playful and tolerant of many dog-personality types. I'm said to be a good listener and I have some manners under my belt, although at the shelter I'm pretty eager to get out of my kennel and can be strong on a leash. A handler who is steady on their feet is a must. In a typical home with exercise, this behavior is not likely to continue--I'm just feeling a little pent up here! <br/><br/>My experience with children is unknown, but shelter staff are optimistic that I could do well! I love everyone so far! I am looking for a home without any cats, please. I'd do well living with other dogs. <br/><br/>I'm fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives.
