Caillou

Poor Caillou had a rough start. After being neglected, he was abandoned by a lake in Kentucky. He was just a skin and bones. But, despite that, he bounced back remarkably. A gentle, sweet soul of a dog, he is learning (and doing well) how to live in a home. He's a curious active pup (just 1 year old) but he enjoys settling on couch with you or hanging with one of the resident dogs. He also just likes being around people.<br/><br/>Caillou loves the outdoors whether running around the yard or going on hikes -- he's a wonderful activity partner. He'll do best in a home that will give him exercise (he' is still pretty much a puppy). He still needs a little work on manners (he likes to nibble on things and grab some household items in his mouth) but he's learning well and a good chew toy satisfies him nicely.<br/><br/>Caillou is 65 lbs, fully vetted and ready for his forever home.
