She needs a patient understanding adopter who knows it will take time for her to fully trust you and to let her become a dog. She is great with other dogs and probably do best with a canine companion to help her become a dog. She is pee pad trained and non destructive so she can be left unattended. She will be a great dog for someone willing to give her time to come out of her shell
