Buzz's Story

••• ADOPT ME •••

Meet Buzz! This handsome Chug (Chi/Pug) is looking for his forever home. We rescued him from a severe neglect situation. He has come an extremely long way with his health journey. He had little to no hair due to a full body skin infection, but as you can see he’s turned into a dapper young man. Buzz currently weighs in around 20 lbs and we believe him to be approximately five years old.

Buzz stats-

# Buzz is a timid little guy, but blossoms nicely when he feels safe & secure. He loves his people who care for him, but will need to work on some confidence building when introduced to new things.
# Buzz gets along well with other dogs, ideally we would like him to have a canine buddy who is more confident than him to show him the ropes of dog life.
# Buzz is crate/pen trained, but once adjusted to a new home could probably have free rein. He’s proven himself to be rather polite and well behaved.
# Buzz will bark at strangers, but is very sweet to his core. Not an ounce of aggression has been seen, but we do want a family/owner who can understand he hasn’t experienced much life beyond the neglect he suffered.
# Buzz has a funny, quirky personality. He sports a goofy smile at smiles and has the most endearing face and demeanor.

If Buzz sounds like the dog for you, please fill out an application for adoption! You can find our applications on our website or you can email for us for one -

*Canineliberationleague@gmail.com

Buzz is current on all vaccinations including Rabies, DHPP, Lepto and Bordetella. Canine Liberation League's Adoption Policy
Anyone who applies to adopt must fill out an application. We will then review the application to determine if the applicant is a good fit. The next step would be a vet check to review the vaccine and medical history on any current dogs or ones that have passed. If that goes well we then schedule a meet and greet. An adoption contract follows that. Along with follow up phone calls after an adoption.
