Buzz's Story

Hi there! My name is Buzz, and I’m an 11-month-old black lab, weighing in at a respectable 51 pounds.

My favorite thing in the whole world is people, especially little humans. They’re so fun to play with and they have the best hands for ear scratches. Other dogs are pretty great too. We get to wrestle and tumble, which is way better than sitting still.

My human gets a kick out of my enthusiastic greetings, which usually involve a well-placed, slobbery tennis ball. Balls are the BEST. Seriously, if you have a ball, you’re my new best friend. Just don't be surprised if my leash gets a little tugged when a squirrel or a neighborhood cat decides to grace us with their presence. My tongue, by the way, is a powerful tool. It can snag a runaway toy, lick away a tear, or…well, let’s just say it can make some pretty impressive bubbles when I go potty! My humans find that quite amusing.

I’ll admit, I can get a *tiny* bit jealous if another dog is getting all the pets and attention. It’s not that I don’t like them, I just want some of that good stuff too! But don’t worry, it doesn’t last long. Especially if s’mores are involved. Oh, s’mores! Specifically, marshmallow and graham cracker goodness – no chocolate for this pup, thank you very much. After a day of playing and maybe a stolen s’more bit, I’m the best couch snuggler you could ask for. I love to curl up close and get those belly rubs. Yep, life is pretty sweet.

If you are interested in adopting, please go to our website at www.lolin.org and click on Adopt, Apply for a Dog. From there, you can submit an Adoption Application to be considered for this dog. You MUST be an approved applicant to meet LOLIN dogs. There is no central location or hours to meet dogs.
