Buttonz's Story

Cute as a button – and, well, that is her name, “Buttonz” – with a “z” for zip!

This energetic, 2.5 year-old, 35 lb, black-tri, pure bred is a spayed female Aussie who will quickly get your household in order! Get ready – set – go, and we are off to a day filled with serious play with hopefully another dog pal in the household so that her humans will have time off.

This precious gal takes her job as Household Fitness Coach quite seriously, and has very high expectations for a household with some serious exercise enthusiasts. Her daily routine would include leashed walks, romps in the backyard playing fetch and other running games with a canine pal. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and a canine companion who would welcome the task of daily serious play would be perfect.

Buttonz continues to work on her leash manners and commands. Her energy level would be best in a household with older or dog savvy children so that her enthusiastic shenanigans would be appreciated. She would be a welcome addition to any household familiar with Aussies so that her intelligence, enthusiasm and energy would be understood and welcomed.

A fenced yard is on Buttonz’ check list so that she can freely romp with her new canine pal. She recently came into foster, and will be interviewing humans in need of a fitness coach. Are you up to the exercise requirements that Buttonsz may have for you? Buttonz likes to perform and has provided a video for your perusal. P.S. – she can be a diva and adores the color pink – she is a bit of a girly girl in that respect.!

Buttonz is being fostered in MD. To apply for Buttonz, visit www.ns4ar.org
