Buttercup has been waiting far too long for someone to choose her. This beautiful girl has overcome so much, going from malnourished and nothing but skin and bones to the gorgeous, happy pup she is today. She’s playful, silly, loving, and full of life. She’s very food-motivated and already knows several commands, including sit, paw, spin, and place (where she happily runs into her crate!).<br/><br/>She loves toys, playing tug, running around with her people, and tossing toys in the air to entertain herself. She’s friendly with other dogs, gentle and curious on walks, and never reactive to dogs she sees. She also does well alone for 5–6 hours without whining or barking, happily napping, chewing a bone, or playing with her toys until you return.<br/><br/>Buttercup would make a wonderful family dog, especially in a home with another friendly dog to keep her company.
