My name is Butter Shortbread. I am a 7-year old English Bulldog who weighs 44lbs.<br/>I recently arrived in foster care, and I have a few medical issues that BHNW is going to help me work through. My foster mom is pretty cool, and so are the two little gremlins who live here!<br/>Foster mom says I'm a very sweet and loving girl. I even let her clean my eyes and facial folds without putting up a fuss. I'm house-trained and will bark to let you know when I need to go outside.<br/>Stairs are easy going up-I love climbing them! Going down is a little scary because I can't see very well. Mom helps me with my harness, and we take it nice and slow. I can do it!<br/>I lived with a French Bulldog, so I'm familiar with the breed and enjoy having other pups around.<br/>Oh, and I almost forgot one of my favorite things... I LOVE car rides! If the stereo isn't on, I'll happily sing you a little song along the way.<br/>Stay tuned to follow my journey as I make progress in rehab. They are spayed/neutered, current on appropriate vaccines, and microchipped. If your home fits within that dog's listed needs and placement guidelines, please apply. Adoption fees for each dog are based on age, health, and temperament. Some dogs are still in the evaluation or rehabilitation process, so we are not 100% sure what type of home they will truly thrive in. We update the information as the dogs progress.
