Buster's Story

Buster is adventurous and smart. He loves to be doing stuff, including training and exploring. He likes using his nose to explore the world. In a home, Buster can nap or entertain himself while his person is working. When you're ready to do something fun, he's ready, too.

Buster's motto is "I'll take your heart, not your hugs!" While he's not a fan of constant petting and handling, he's a master of forming unbreakable bonds with his chosen humans. He'll be your loyal sidekick, your confidante in adventures, and your partner-in-fun – just from a respectful distance, of course!
**We are no longer placing dogs for adoption in apartments. Adopters must have a fenced backyard.**

Adoption application: https://tinyurl.com/ffrp-adoptions
Foster application: https://tinyurl.com/ffrp-foster

Final Frontier Rescue Project's Adoption Policy
Our goal is to make good matches of dogs, people, and home environments. Our application and screening process may feel onerous, but we want lifetime matches, and if it does not work out, we take our dogs back, so we do our best to prevent that! We are all volunteers and we will respond to your inquiry or application as soon as we can, usually within 1-2 days. If none of our dogs is a good fit, we encourage responsible adopters to visit their local shelter to foster or adopt.
