Cameras captured a vehicle driving away and a confused Buster standing there, waiting. For days, he stayed near the property until someone arrived and gave him food and water.<br/><br/>Buster was eventually taken to the shelter, and NETRO rescued him. <br/><br/>We believe Buster may have been abandoned because he is deaf. But spend a few minutes with him and you'll quickly realize that Buster doesn't know he's "different."<br/><br/>He is smart, sweet, playful, neutered, and absolutely adorable. And one of his favorite things? Catching balls! He watches, learns, plays and enjoys life just like any other dog.
