She still likes people, but needs a warm up period to accept them. Bunny prefers fetching the dogs that are fetching the ball, getting in trouble with them when she boops their tails on the way by.

Her super powers are still intelligence and high energy. Three times a day, she must do her "sonic boom" run where she flies around that backyard faster than any dog we have ever had. She is learning tricks as we play outside.

Bunny is especially fond of the "up" command, when she will race from almost anywhere to jump up on a big hay bale. She sits up there like a princess. Her recall has gone from decent to amazing.

Favorite food is almost anything that doesn't eat her first. Peanut butter has her flying to her crate, where she runs in and does a dance, waiting for her stuffed kong.

Bunny loves water, especially if it is muddy. She really gets hot with all her running and will splash down in a puddle or the wading pool, cool off, and race off again.

She is quite affectionate and makes sure she gets her fair share of scratches. As you can see from this photo, she has a hard crash off switch.

She is highly motivated by food, toys, praise, and affection. Because of her exuberant energy level, Bunny would do best in a home with older children only. Bunny will need a companion dog to play and work with.

Bunny is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and ready to find an active, dog-savvy home that will embrace her energy, intelligence, and loving nature. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who’s always up for fun and adventure, Bunny may be your perfect match!

Bunny is being fostered in the Holden, MO area.Click here to watch a video of Bunny.
