What is St. Anthonys Canine Rescue & Corgi Matchmaker’s adoption process?

Our adoption process includes: completion of a pre adopt application, homecheck, two week or longer trial period, followup visit if applicable (not for long distance placements), an adoption contract, adoption donation which is posted on each dog's bio and lifetime return of our adopted dogs.
