Health: Vaccinations up to date, spayed / neutered, special needs. Bumble has a limp on her right hind leg, and after being assessed by our veterinarian and being checked over by an orthopedic specialist, it was determined that she will need surgery on the leg. We are requesting that when applying to foster her, you have this in mind. After her surgery she will need strict crate rest (as she is getting here at the shelter), short, leashed walks only for bathroom breaks, will be on medications, and will have a few trips to the vet that the foster will help with. All post-surgical care will be shared with the foster of course and we will help with any questions regarding Bumble's recovery journey.

Meet Bumble

**Due to COVID-19, all meet and greets will be by appointment only. Please call us at 604-275-2036 to set up an appointment.**

PERSONALITY: Bumble came into the Shelter through no fault of her own. Bumble is a very high energy, fun loving, sweet girl. She loves getting attention and cuddles from her human friends. She also loves playing with toys and has no problem keeping herself entertained - she is known for chasing shadows and light, like a cat.

We have come to learn that Bumble is under socialized with dogs and because of this has reactivity when seeing and meeting most dogs. Bumble also has prey drive - so no small dogs or small animals in the home with her. We are looking for an active home with a calm, confident handler that has experience with dog reactivity and is willing to work with Bumble on her socialization and manners.

Bumble is also a very strong, bouncy girl that can be rather high strung, therefore we are looking for a home with no small children - 12 years or older.

Due to BSL we are hoping to find a home for Bumble outside of Richmond and Burnaby as she hates wearing a muzzle. She has been spayed, microchipped and vaccinated with us.

LIKES: Cuddles and attention.

DISLIKES: Being alone.

AGE: Just over a year old.
