Meet Bug. Bug was saved from a hoarding/neglect situation. She came in skinny and ill, but as time has passed, she's put on some much-needed weight and received proper veterinary care. It's clear in Bug's demeanor that no one quite showed her enough kindness. She takes a while to warm up to new people but once she does a simple head pat and treat will suffice. She gets along well with other dogs, loves food and is warming up to the leash quite nicely. While Bug may not be the kind of dog that's going to jump into your arms on the first meet, with time and attention she'll become a quiet, well-mannered girl that would be perfect for someone who needs a soft and loving companion. She thrives off of routine (and a comfy bed to sleep on) and would be the perfect fit for a household that wants to slow down a bit in life.
