Buffy's Story

Buffy is sweet, full of life and love and looking for her new family. Guessed to be a 4.5 yr old Pitbull/ Boxer mix, and around 35 lbs, she is always happy and smiling, ready to play and then chill with some belly rubs. Buffy is so smart and sweet, she would love to snuggle up with a person who’s looking for a little lady to pass the time. Sadly she was returned to us after her mom passed away. She was not cat reactive when meeting a feline friend, but a proper intro should still be done. Come and meet this sweetie in Wellington!

Hi there!  So you've decided a furry friend is just what you need?  Please apply on our website, https://bigbonescaninerescue.com to get the ball rolling.  You'll be contacted for a home visit to verify your home is an optimal situation for the pup(s) you're interested in.  At any point, you can make arrangements to meet the dogs you are considering.  Some are in foster care and some are at our facility in Windsor. Big Bones Canine Rescue is located in Windsor, CO.  We have dogs at our shelter location as well as many dogs in foster care all over the state.  We do require appointments to come visit dogs.  Please call or text 970.310.3616 or email us at bigbonesrescue@gmail.com to set up an appointment.
