Buddy's Story

Buddy is 2 years old and only 25 pounds. Our best guess is that he's a mix of a golden and a small breed, such as a terrier or a doxie. He looks just like a mini golden retriever. He loves people and other dogs. He's very sweet and affectionate.

Interested families should begin by submitting an adoption application using the link below. If the family appears to be a good fit for one of our animals, a volunteer will reach out via text or phone call to schedule an in-person meet-and-greet at the applicant's home. The family and volunteer will determine if more meet-and-greets or an adoption trial (up to two weeks) is necessary before completing the adoption process. To complete the adoption, the family is required to sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.
