Buddy is still a puppy less than a year old and very well-behaved. He has a calm personality and has learned "Stop," "Sit," "Down," "Ok," and "Let's go," and is working on "Wait." Buddy generally handles well on a leash. While he tends to walk to the end of the leash, he does not pull or drag. He simply needs a bit more work to further refined his manners. While he enjoys playing with other dogs, he would also love a home where he can relax on the couch and watch TV with his person. We actually know his breed because one of our awesome volunteers recently had him tested. Come and take Buddy for a walk or just sit in the shade with him, see what you think.<br/><br/><br/>All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Cats are tested for FIV/FELK. Dogs over 6 months are tested for heartworms and started on HW prevention.<br/> <br/>Our adoptions include a 30 Day Free Trial period with Trupanion Pet Insurance<br/><br/>WE ARE OPEN for visitors from 12PM - 4PM Tuesday-Saturdays or by APPOINTMENT at other times. <br/><br/> <br/>We suggest calling prior to visiting our adoption center to ensure the animal you wish to meet is here at our Center (some are in foster care) and still available. If you want to meet an animal that is being fostered an approved application & appointment is required.<br/><br/><br/>We will call or email you the status of your application once it is processed. Nothing will be processed on Sundays or Mondays.<br/><br/><br/>All our pets are posted online and we continue to take applications until they are actually adopted.
