He's currently working on potty training, appropriate interactions with the resident dog and cats, and all the other skills a puppy needs to learn to be a good canine citizen. He is now used to his crate and sleeps through the night. Bud is playful, has a silly side, and seems to like water.<br/><br/>6/1/26: Buddy is growing! He's had his first vet visit but will need additional vaccinations. He has made progress on his potty training and cat interactions. So far, he is not a fan of the leash. He has done very well meeting strangers, and in exploring new surroundings. Buddy is looking for someone who can commit to the steady training and socialization that this young puppy needs.<br/><br/>6/5/26: Buddy has not had an accident in the house for about a week. He is used to his crate now, and goes in of his own accord. He has convinced the resident dog to play with him--a first! He's also more respectful of the resident cats, although he still needs a little more work on that. Buddy is being fostered in southwestern Virginia, near Blacksburg.
