Meet Buddy! This 13 year old, 11lb Maltipoo was turned into the shelter by his owner because they thought he was too old. Too old for what?!<br/>This guy is taking the city by storm!!! <br/>He loves walks, people and cuddles.<br/>A perfect fit for almost any family.<br/>(he's freshly shaved due to matting, but his coat is coming in beautiful and healthy!)<br/><br/>His foster mom says:<br/>"Buddy is:<br/>Sweet, adaptable, calm, affectionate, easygoing<br/>Buddy loves being near his people and enjoys cuddling, but he is also<br/>perfectly content relaxing on his own.<br/>Buddy is very sweet and gentle with adults, children, and new people.<br/>He is very social and friendly with other dogs. He is fostered with other dogs.<br/>He enjoys engaging with them on walks<br/>He is good with cats.<br/><br/>When left alone, Buddy usually naps, relaxes on the couch, or<br/>quietly entertains himself with toys. He is calm and does not bark indoors or outside.<br/><br/>Buddy is house trained. Excellent on leash — no pulling.<br/><br/>Buddy enjoys walks, relaxing around the house, cuddling, sniffing outdoors, and socializing<br/>with other dogs.<br/>For a senior dog, he has great stamina and enjoys long walks and outdoor activities, but he is<br/>equally happy resting at home afterward.<br/><br/>Buddy enjoys other dogs but is also independent enough to be happy as an<br/>only dog.<br/>He is calm to moderately active. He would enjoy a peaceful home but<br/>also seems like he’d happily join outdoor adventures and hikes.<br/>He is perfect for someone looking for a loving, adaptable companion who is<br/>affectionate without being demanding.<br/><br/>What stands out most about Buddy is how trusting and loving he remains despite losing his owner and going through major life changes.
