Bloomington Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

Adopters must be 18 years of age or older and provide a valid ID at the time of adoption. Adopters should account for at least one hour to visit the animal(s) they are interested in, fill out an application, complete adoption counseling, and sign paperwork. On high traffic days, this process may take longer.
