Meet Buddy. Don’t let his good looks and relaxed pose fool you — Buddy is an escape artist! This sweet boy is estimated to be around 3 years old and has a history of coming and going as he pleased on the streets. Buddy was recently rescued with the help of local rescues after he was on his own for about 3 weeks.<br/>Buddy is very friendly and gets along great with other dogs, so he would do best in a home with at least one canine companion. He needs a very secure backyard and a family who can supervise him closely whenever doors are open or he’s outside. With patience, consistency, and some recall training, we hope Buddy will bond fully with his new family and leave his wandering days behind.<br/>For his safety, Buddy currently has a GPS collar and AirTag to help keep track of him in case he tries to explore. We’re looking for someone experienced with dogs, who can give him the guidance and structure he needs to thrive indoors and in his forever home.<br/>If your home can offer safety, patience, and love — Buddy might just be the adventurous heart you’ve been looking for!
