This smart boy is learning to use doggie stairs and ramps.<br/><br/>Buddy has a typical Dachshund temperament. He's an excellent alert barker, you'll know when mail or packages arrive. Guests are heralded with barks and treated with wariness. That is until his foster sister, who adores people, gets more attention and love than he does. Buddy can't abide by this injustice and this helps him get over his suspicion of guests more quickly.<br/><br/>Buddy's fur-every family needs patient humans, ideally adults with breed experience who are home often. No shared walls for Buddy, he's too vocal for close neighbors. He'd like moderately active humans and at least one similarly sized playful dog sibling. He's fine with calm, dog-savvy cats who don't care to run. He's yard optional as he'll go potty while out on walks.
