Where I came from…<br/>I was brought to the shelter because my owners’ children grew up and they no longer had the time for me, so now I am here looking for my forever home. <br/>A little bit about me…<br/> Large Breed with lots of energy<br/> Excessive Shedding<br/> Loves to play fetch! <br/> All training required<br/> Very friendly &amp; affectionate<br/> Too big for an apartment<br/>My ideal home would include…<br/><br/> A family with the time and patience to help me adjust to new surroundings, and help boost my confidence.<br/> A companion with large breed experience, to help get all the exercise and mental stimulation I need.<br/> I am a large, active guy, and I can be overbearing sometimes, so I would prefer to go home with respectful, confident and active children 12 years and up.<br/> My previous owner was quite busy and did not have much time to work with me, so a training refresher is definitely needed. <br/> Let’s play fetch! So while we appreciate your interest, we ask that you be a local resident to adopt. We do not always know the full background of each animal and sometimes personalities are not fully shown until a few days in the home. If for whatever reason you cannot keep the animal, we appreciate the animal being returned to our facility. It is costly and time consuming to return an animal from out of state. Please check your local animal shelter to find a forever friend near your area.
