He spends his days behind the bars of a shelter kennel, waiting, watching, hoping. The concrete floor is cool beneath him, the walls too quiet, and though the volunteers come to give him love, it is not the same as having a family of his own.<br/><br/>When a kind volunteer takes him for a ride, Bucket's eyes light up.
