MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. This beautiful 1-year-old, 75-pound Rottweiler mix is a super sweet girl who loves making her people happy. She has a gentle heart and is already showing us what a wonderful companion she’ll be. Stay tuned for more updates as we get to know Bubbles better — we can’t wait to share more about this special girl! If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. MBR Farm is offering ONE Free Private Training session for dogs adopted from us in the month of March. That is a $125 value. Any additional session will be discounted to $80 per private session for an unlimited amount of sessions. No limit, no time limit. Your first session must be completed before May 1, 2026. Multiple Breed Rescue's Adoption Policy

We reserve the right to refuse any applicant for any reason if we feel the needs of the animal will not be properly met or the adoption is not in the best interest of the animal. We do not ship any of our animals; we require that the applicant come to meet the animal and us before an adoption will be finalized. We require that the applicant be at least 23 years old and not currently a full time student.
