Bubba Joe

Meet Bubba Joe! Bubba Joe is a 7 year old boxer mix and he has quite the backstory with us. We rescued him back in June of 2020. He was approx 1 years old at the time. He was quickly adopted with a family that had a young child and became that child’s best friend. Fast forward after all the happy updates to us getting alerted back in January of this year that he was at Walton County animal shelter facing euthanization. He had been there for weeks and we had no idea. He was the staff favorite and was being used to dog test all the other dogs because he is so dog friendly. Adopters always know we take our dogs back at any time. We were sent his paperwork filled out by the adopters and contacted them immediately. Moving and a bunch of excuses later we jumped into action with another rescue and he is back with his former foster. <br/><br/>Bubba Joe is now approx 6-7 years old. He is VERY dog, kid and people friendly. He is a true gentleman. He is still very active and would love a home where he can have daily exercise. He is extremely loyal and deserves only the very best. Despite him not ending up in his forever home we want him to finally have that and live out the rest of his life spoiled and loved. Dogs are a lifetime commitment! <br/><br/>Bubba Joe is fully vetted- up to date on all shots, neutered and micro-chipped. He is heartworm negative. He is also current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. He is available for meet and greets. He can also be adopted out of state to approved adopters- a transport fee would apply in addition to his adoption fee.
