Meet Bubba — a 60-pound bundle of pure love ❤️<br/><br/>Bubba was adopted as a puppy from Red Barn Rescue two years ago, but unfortunately his adopters are facing a serious health crisis and cannot provide him the life he deserves. They love Bubba and want the very best future for him, so with their own future uncertain they have returned him to the rescue to find him better placement. <br/><br/>Bubba adores children and gets along beautifully with other dogs, both big and small. He has a sweet, playful personality and absolutely no aggressive tendencies. He can get excited on leash when he sees other dogs (he just really wants to say hello!), but he settles with guidance.<br/><br/>Bubba is crate trained and happy to snooze overnight with his favorite toys or relax in his crate when his family is away. He’s a big fan of heavy-duty chew toys — especially his giggly ball and his beloved platypus. He even loves chewing on ice cubes!<br/><br/>He’s well-traveled, too. Bubba has taken trips to Florida and the Outer Banks and was a perfect gentleman in the car and at his destinations. He rides happily in the backseat and enjoys the adventure.<br/><br/>At home, he doesn’t dig and doesn’t get on the furniture. He may run along the fence to chat with squirrels or birds, but he’s just keeping watch. He will happily inspect the kitchen floor for any missed crumbs — quality control is important, after all! Bubba enjoys bath time and being dried off afterward.
