Hi, I'm Bryson - your future best friend with a heart of gold. Life hasn't always been easy for me. I was hit by a car and left behind but I wasn't ready to give up. With the help of some kind humans, I made a full recovery and now I'm living proof that second chances are real - and I'm hoping for one more. I'm 9 years old, about 65 pounds and probably the world's most loyal pit mix. I might look tough on the outside but once you get to know me, you'll see I'm just a big softie who loves to snuggle and be near my people. Seriously, if affection were an Olympic sport, I'd take the gold. I'm not really into sharing my humans with other dogs so I'd do best as your one and only. I haven't met any cats or kids yet so I'm not sure how I feel about them. But I do know this: I love food, I love going for walks and I love riding in the car. Just say the word and I'm ready to roll! Because of my past, a fenced yard is a must to keep me safe - and I'll thrive with regular walks and a routine. I promise, if you give me your heart I'll give you all of mine. I'm ready for love, up to date on all my vaccines, microchipped and neutered - all I need now is you. My adoption fee is $300. New Hope Rescue, Inc's Adoption Policy

New Hope Rescue, Inc. wants nothing but the best for the animals we are placing. NHR requires anyone interested in adopting to fill out an adoption application first. Once approved, we will require a meet-n-greet with the pet of interest. Then if all goes well, NHR requires a home check before placing animal in your home. We want to make sure all fencing is in place, proper kennels are ready, and the dog is comfortable during the walk thru and we feel comfortable leaving the pet in your care. Again, we just want to make sure the pet is in the best possible home possible.
