What is Saint Frances Animal Center’s adoption process?

Before you are eligible to adopt an animal, you will need to complete the adoption application and schedule to meet with our one of our staff members. Call the Center 843-546-0780 ext. 306 to speak with our Adoptions Team. Complete the Adoption Questionnaire at www.sfanimals.org/adopt . Meet with the animals to meet your forever friend. Please allow yourself at least one hour to complete the adoption process. If you are coming to adopt, please remember to bring your dog and/or everyone that lives in the home to ensure your new pet is the right match for your home, including children. Walk in adoption appointments welcome Monday thru Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  After hours appointments can also be scheduled! **Requirements to adopt: Must be 18 years or older** Adoption is a commitment…think about it seriously and be sure it is right for you.
