He has shown incredible strength, and even while recovering, he is always the first one at the door to greet you with a wagging tail, a huge smile, and kisses ready to share.<br/><br/>Bruce absolutely loves human companionship and would happily spend endless hours being petted, rewarding you with a unique "happy grunt" that sounds almost like a sweet, awake-but-snoring noise.<br/><br/>He doesnt get along with kitties but loves people in all shapes and sizes! Bruce is also housetrained.<br/><br/>While he loves to play, his activity is currently limited as he continues to heal from surgery, making him a perfect companion for a cozy, loving home with the patience to help him heal, followed by the joy of PLAY PLAY PLAY when he is all better.<br/><br/>Because of his need for quiet recovery and separation, we are still getting to know how he interacts with other dogs; if you have a pet-free home just waiting for Bruce, he is ready for you right now.<br/><br/>If you are looking for a loving little bestie who has proven he is a true survivor, Bruce is your guy!<br/><br/><br/>All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Bruce is a suggested minimum of $150 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.<br/><br/>Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
