From the foster Mom   <br/>Bru 4-5yr. F 40# Border Collie. <br/>“I’m truly dumbfounded that I have been blessed to love on her for so long now. Bru certainly has her quirks - but she is a by the book definition of all the qualities everyone should look for in a dog. She is incredibly handler focused, food and toy motivated. If you aren’t her person you don’t exist to her in public, visitors to her home, etc. Bru communicates with people and dogs incredibly well. She can catch a frisbee, run an agility course, run 5 miles, or be a couch potato with her squeaky ball after working her brain/body. Shes off leash trained with impeccable recall. Shes great with other dogs and loves cats. She learns within 3 teachings and is by far the smartest dog I’ve ever encountered. We love her to pieces. Selfishly I’m happy she’s still with me but she’s too good of a dog to have been in foster this long. Anyone who knows HER knows what a gem she truly is. She’s not a dog for everyone but anyone lucky enough to adopt her will be hitting the jackpot.
