Meet Brownie!<br/><br/>Brownie is a 2-year-old, 18 pound male pup who was rescued from a Manhattan kill shelter on 8/18. He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.<br/><br/>Brownie is playful, affectionate, and especially loves kids. His favorite game is fetch, and he will happily bring toys back to you again and again. He is crate trained, working on potty training, and uses pee pads. He currently wears a belly band in the house. This smart boy knows sit, come and lie down commands.<br/><br/>He can be a little timid with new people but warmed up to his fosters in less than a day. Once he feels safe, he absolutely loves belly rubs, snuggles, and being close to his humans. He has shown no aggression or biting.<br/><br/>Brownie has tolerated the resident dog but reacts aggressively when provoked, so he would probably do best as only dog. He enjoys walks and backyard playtime. Because he startles with loud noises, a quieter suburban or country home would suit him best.<br/><br/>This sweet boy is a big cuddle bug who thrives on love and play. Brownie will quickly become your loyal best friend and bring endless joy to his forever family.
