She has been in the shelter several times, so the owner is known. Brownie is so friendly and loves getting pets. She appears to be housebroken and has been spayed. Brownie currently weighs 51 pounds. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment.
