In March 2019, RSQ Dogs was able to save 6 (of about 30) littles from euthanasia after the local shelter was overwhelmed by a terrible hoarding situation in California where the dogs had been living unattended in a motor home.

Brownie is an adorable, playful 3-4 year old who is great with kids. He is cautious around people but he wants affection very badly & loves his treats. He is doggie door trained & enjoys roaming his yard or just laying in the sun. Brownie likes the little dog pack at his foster mama’s (he’s not crazy about big dogs but handles quiet ones ok) &, although nervous, warms to new people with the proper introduction. He’s not a lap dog yet but, as his fear is replaced by trust, is getting more comfortable w/petting & human contact.
Brownie is a sensitive little guy who just needs time, patience and love.

We require a home check as well as a meet-and-greet with all dogs before adoption, and we will not ship any dogs.

All RSQ Dogs are chipped, fixed and up to date on shots before adoption. If it is not a local adoption, arrangements for these services must be made before the dog leaves.
