Brooks would be a wonderful addition to any family! Check out the attached video to see him playing with a ball. BRBCR offered to help with placing some of these Aussie/Blue Heeler mix puppies. He turned 8 weeks old on February 2!<br/><br/>These pups mom is a blue heeler mix and according to a DNA test of one of the pups, Dad must have been an Aussie or Aussie mix. Bondi, the mom, is as sweet as can be! She is super friendly, loves kids and other dogs, and learns things quickly! BRBCR's approval process includes phone interviews, reference checks, and a home visit prior to meeting a foster dog. Approved applicants must meet at the foster dog’s location. Every adoption begins with a 2-week trial period.<br/><br/>Pup's adoption fee is $350. Since they are too young to be altered at this time, the Adoption Contract will include a Spay/Neuter Agreement which requires a deposit of $150 (to be refunded when veterinary proof of alteration has been provided).<br/><br/>Thank you for considering a rescue dog!

Blue Ridge Border Collie Rescue's Adoption Policy
BRBCR's adoption process requires that each of the following steps are successfully completed before meeting one of our foster dogs. The approval process typically takes 1 - 2 weeks. 1. Contact the foster parent of the dog that you are interested in to request an adoption application. 2. Fill out an adoption application on our website OR email a completed adoption application to brbcrdogs@gmail.com. 3. A BRBCR volunteer will conduct a phone interview with the applicant and the applicant's veterinarian and personal references. 4. A BRBCR volunteer will conduct a home visit with the applicant. Upon approval, the foster parent will set up a Meet and Greet for the applicant. If the Meet and Greet is successful, then the applicant will be able to take the BRBCR dog home for a 2-week trial period. If the trial period is successful, the adoption becomes official.
