Meet Bronco! Bronco is a beautiful, sweet, gentle mixed-breed puppy born around 6/16/26 who is discovering just how good life can be. Bronco and his siblings were rescued from a storage unit being used as a makeshift homeless encampment where nearly 40 dogs were living. Today, he's safe in a loving foster home, receiving developmentally appropriate enrichment and learning everything a growing puppy needs to know. At 12.3 pounds, Bronco is smart, affectionate, playful and wonderfully goofy. He loves tug-of-war, fetch, toys, bully sticks, playing outside and following his humans around to supervise whatever they're doing. He's also a champion napper whose preferred hideaway is the cold bathroom tile in the dark. His foster family once searched the entire house before discovering him peacefully snoozing in there. Bronco is crate trained, sleeps through the night, does well in the car and is approximately 80–90% potty trained. He knows sit, lie down and come with treats and is currently learning roll over. He's done well with dogs of different sizes and ages, men, women, elderly adults and considerate children ages 11 and 15. Bronco can initially be cautious around unfamiliar things, but he's curious and learning quickly. He'd love a family willing to continue building his confidence through patience, enrichment and positive training. Another compatible dog could be great for Bronco, although his foster believes he could also thrive as an only dog and become someone's devoted little sidekick.
